This session will focus on inclusive practices, culturally responsive programming, and strategies to ensure access, belonging, and stability for newcomers in our communities.

1:15pm – 3:00pm   Session: Follow-Up and Job Placement Strategies

Session will highlight practical approaches to sustained engagement, improving learner response rates, and strengthening employment outcomes. We will also share insights from programs that have invested in dedicated staff to support follow-up and job placement efforts.
