What Your Registration Fee Includes
The conference fee includes admission to concurrent and plenary sessions; beverage and snack breaks; Wednesday lunch; Thursday breakfast, lunch, and dinner; Friday breakfast; and planned events such as Thursday night's cocktail reception, awards banquet and auction.

Registration Deadline
CEANY will continue accepting registrations on an available basis. If you cancel your registration after October 12, you are still obligated to pay the conference fees in full and no refunds will be made. Please see additional information regarding hotel reservations below.

Conference Rate(s):

$300 Full Conference – Members: includes all meals (except Wednesday PM)
$125 Single Day – Wednesday: includes Luncheon and afternoon events
$165 Single Day – Thursday: includes Breakfast, Luncheon keynote, cocktail reception, Awards banquet, Auction
$100 Single Day – Friday: includes Breakfast and morning events

- Please call 800-247-5047 for reservations and ask for the “CEANY Conference Block” to confirm your special room rate of $134 per night.

- Attendees must mention when booking that they are considered tax-exempt and that you must provide your institution’s tax-exempt certificate upon check in.

- The Hotel requires that all reservations be made by October 12, 2010, after which reservations will be accepted based on availability.

- All individuals must present government issued photo identification for entry on to West Point, no exceptions.

- Check-in time is anytime after 3 p.m. Checkout time is 11 a.m. Late charges may apply and must be paid by occupant.

In the unlikely event that this program is cancelled or postponed due to insufficient enrollments or unforeseen circumstances, CEANY will fully refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for any other expenses, including cancellation or change charges assessed by airlines, hotels, travel agencies, or other organizations.
