CEANY would like to thank you for supporting our members by exhibiting at our 45th Annual Conference being held at Turning Stone Resort in Verona, NY on November 12-14, 2008.
Conference Location and Hotel Reservations
This year’s conference will be held at the Turning Stone Resort and Casino in Verona, NY. It is located between Syracuse and Utica. The special room rate of $110 per night is being extended to sponsors and exhibitors until October 20th. It is the responsibility of the sponsor or exhibitor to obtain and pay for their lodging. To reserve the special room rate at Turning Stone, please call 800-771-7711 and ask for the CEANY Conference rate.

Exhibitor Room Location
All exhibitors will be in the Tuscarora Room (C1 on the property map) which is located alongside the general sessions and breakout sessions. This room will be utilized for other events and activities to drive as much traffic as possible to your tables. Specifically: all coffee breaks, cocktail reception, and the closing session will be held in the Tuscarora Room.

Setup and Unloading
Setup starts anytime after 7:30am on Wednesday, November 12th. You may use the side entrance by the bus corral to unload (view the property map pdf (223kb)). Please be aware that you must move your vehicle as soon as possible.
Breakdown and Loading
Anticipate breaking down your display around 12pm, Friday. All vendor materials and items must be out of the Tuscarora Room no later than 1pm, Friday. You may utilize the side door by the bus corral to load up your vehicle. Please be sure not to leave your vehicle unattended for an extended period of time.

Attention: Continuing Education Assoc of NY Conference Nov 12-14th, Tuscarora
Please have anything delivered on or after Monday, November 10th. The warehouse will bring it to Tuscarora on the 12th.
If you are shipping small packages (e.g., envelopes, small box), ship to the above address, but put Attention Melissa Lowry and on the box or envelope put Continuing Education Assoc of NY Conference Nov 12-14th. We have been told by TS that there won’t be any charges as long as you follow these instructions.
On-Site Coordinator
Your company's on-site coordinator must check in with Registration on Wednesday to obtain your badge, table assignment, and any other final instructions.
Wireless Internet
Wireless Internet will be provided in the exhibit room. We anticipate wireless Internet throughout the conference space, but Turning Stone has the right to limit the reach of the signal due to possible interference with the gaming equipment nearby.
Electricity
Electricity is available. If your table(s) is along the permanent wall, there will be electrical outlets on the wall. In addition, there are outlets on the floor for those not against the permanent wall. It is recommended that you bring your own extension cords in case an outlet is not too close to your table. All extension cords must be taped down to the floor so please bring your own tape. If you require the technical services from Turning Stone, you may be billed.
Table Assignment
Table assignments will be available upon arrival when you check-in with Registration.
Auction Items
On Thursday evening, you can get your company recognized when our professional auctioneer auctions off your donated item. If you would like to donate an auction item, please click here for more information.
